[2.0] Settings: Tracking Codes

Most of the services that track a customer’s journey/activity provide a code or snippet that can be added at the <head> or <body> in bucket.io. *Please note that not all snippets or codes are compatible with bucket.io, and when/if this happens, it is outside of our control. 

Adding Tracking Codes 


Step # 1

Starting from the Funnels Page, click Edit in the desired funnel, and once in the Canvas click Settings.




Step # 2

At the left menu click Tracking Codes to open the <head> and <body> section.


Step # 3

Add the tracking code in the desire section and click Save Changes at the top-right corner. 

How to know where to put the code?

This is determined by the tracking service or software being used, for further information, please check their respective help center.
