Troubleshooting Responses in CSV files

If the CSV downloaded has responses in different languages other than English, and those languages use special characters (French, Hebrew, etc.), this might display an issue when trying to open the CSV in Excel if this issue is presented. We recommend uploading the CSV file in Google Drive and open this file in Google Sheets.



Once the CSV is uploaded and opened in Google Sheets, the information should be displayed correctly. If the corrected file is still needed to be open in Excel, the solution is to download it from Google sheets in a .xlsx format, follow the steps below to download from Google Sheets:
 

Step 1:

Click on File.
 

Step 2: 

Click on Download.
 

Step 3:

Click on "Microsoft Excel .xlsx"
