Export Responses using Safari

A CSV file can be exported in Safari and sent to your preferred email by following the steps below: 

Step 1:

Go to Analytics in the survey or funnel that needs exported.

Step 2:

Click the Responses tab. 

Step 3:

In the Responses tab, click on "Export CSV" button located at the top right corner of this page.

Step 4:

Enter the preferred email address to send the CSV file, and click "Send."


After following the steps above, the CSV file will be sent to the email entered.

Step 5:

Open the email in Safari, then click on the Download button, to open the CSV file in a browser page.

Step 6:

Click on File tab located at the top of the browser, and click on Save as...

Step 7:

In the pop-up window, select "Page Source" on the Format option, and click on "Save."



Note: Make sure to save the CSV file is in a folder that is easily located.

Step 8:

On the next pop up, click on "Don't append" in order for the file to be saved with the correct extension (.csv)

Step 9:

Open the CSV file in the chosen folder.
