Full page type provides you a URL for you to share with your audience. For instance, via email, Facebook, etc.

Description Button

These types provide a HTML code that can be embedded on a web page, landing page, etc, and it requires an action from your audience to trigger the survey. A click on a specific button places somewhere on your website, see example here.
