[2.0] Reading Analytics
Here’s how to read the analytics of a published funnel.
STEP # 1
Go to the Funnels page by clicking either Funnels on the Top menu or Go to Funnels on the Get Started section of the Dashboard.
STEP # 2
On the Funnels page, search for the funnel where you want to read the analytics, then click the Analytics button that is in between the Edit and Options buttons.
STEP # 3
The funnel’s Analytics page has clickable links on the top-left corresponding to the five (5) sections of the page, namely:
Funnel Overview
Pre-Quiz Stats
Quiz Stats
Conversion Stats
Post-Quiz Stats
You can either click on any of the links to jump to the corresponding section, or scroll down the page to view the individual sections. You can also select by date range if you wish to.
Funnel Overview
This section gives a summary of the funnel. It shows when the funnel was created, last edited, and its number of integrations, if any. The number of visitors, participants, completions, and opt-ins are displayed as well as a graph of its performance for the week, including the current date. The completion and opt-in rates are also displayed. You can also get the details of the participants by clicking the View Participants Responses on the top-right.
Pre-Quiz Stats
This section shows the statistics related to the funnel’s Pre-Quiz page. These include the number of views on the pre-quiz page, the number of visitors who saw the first question and the number of bounces, or people who did not start the quiz. The percentage of visitors who saw the first question and those who bounced are also displayed under this section.
Quiz Stats
This section shows the statistics related to the quiz questions, including the number of views and completions per question as well as the completion rate. If the question requires selecting from multiple choices, click the button to the left of the question to know which options were selected most. Clicking the View Participants Responses button allows you to view participant responses in a list.
Conversion Stats
This section shows the number and percentage of participants who landed in the available buckets.
Post-Quiz Stats
This section shows the statistics related to the funnel’s Post-Quiz page. For example, for a Lead Capture page, it will show the number of times each field was filled. It also shows the page’s conversion rate.
