How to cancel your account
Warning: Before you begin.
This article addresses how to permanently delete your entire Bucket.io account. Following these directions will cause you to lose all access to your account, and any information contained within (including segmentation funnels, audiences, and response data) will be permanently deleted.
Option 1: send a request via email.
Submit a request via email to support@bucket.io including the following info:
- Reason for cancellation.
- Email address associated with the account to wish to delete.
Please note: if the request does not include information listed above there may be a delay in processing your request.
Option 2: Open a support ticket.
log into the help center https://bucket.desk.com/customer/login?return_to=%2F is important to know that the login ID and password for the help center are NOT the same of your bucket.io account, hence you will need to create a login ID if you do not have one.
When submiting your request please include:
- Reason for cancellation.
- Email address associated with the account to wish to delete.
