General Troubleshooting - Tips and Tricks Using Google Chrome

Google Chrome is the best option when working with bucket.io, as it’s been proven that other browsers will not always allow using 100% of bucket capabilities.

Blank screen

Often times this is associated with cache issues, to solve it:

Option #1 - Clear cookies and cache: As indicated in this article from Google Help Center.

On your computer, open Chrome
  1. At the top right, click More More
  2. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data
  3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time, which is recommended
  4. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes
  5. Click Clear data

Note: this may log you off from other web-based apps - if you want to avoid this go for option #2

Option #2 - Use incognito windows: As indicated in this article from Google Help Center:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome
  2. At the top right, click More More and then New Incognito Window
  3. A new window appears. In the top corner, check for the Incognito icon Incognito

  1. Open this bucket.io login link https://app2.bucket.io/login3
  2. Enter your user name and password and you should be good to go

If the issue persists please reach out to support@bucket.io and provide them with the following information:

  1. Device type and model (example: MacBook Air)
  2. Browsers type and version (example: tried Firefox Version 84.0.2 and Chrome Version 87.0.4280.141)
  3. Region (example: Austin, Texas)
  4. Issue start time (example: Jan 20th, 2021)
  5. Additional notes (any other info you consider relevant)

Not using Google Chrome:

When using browsers other than Google Chrome, users find themselves limited to do some changes due to the fact that there are libraries used within the builder, which are not correctly interpreted by some browsers.
