[2.0] Deleting Responses
This article assumes that funnels have been published and shared with your audience, and that some participants have sent in their responses. This is the process to follow in case you want to delete some of the responses in a funnel.
STEP # 1
Click either Funnels on the Top menu or Go to Funnels on the Get Started section of the Dashboard.
STEP # 2
On the Funnels page, search for the funnel you want to delete responses from, then click the Analytics Icon and then click on Responses.
STEP # 3
On the Responses page, search for the response you want to delete from the list, then check the box to the left of the response. Repeat the procedure to check more responses for deletion.
To delete all responses, check the box to the left of the Date column on the topmost row of the list.
STEP # 4
Click the Delete Selected button on the top left of the Responses page, then OK on the confirmation message to delete the selected responses.
