[3.0] Building Customer Journey Flows Using Presets

In Bucket 3.0, we've introduced an exciting feature called "Presets," which allows you to effortlessly create highly effective customer flows using pre-built templates tailored for various industries and goals. This knowledge base article will guide you through the process of building flows using presets in bucket 3.0.


Step #1: Accessing Presets

  • Login to your bucket 3.0 account.

  • Navigate to the Canvas section from the Apps in the top menu bar

  • Once in Canvas click “Create new”

  • Look for the "Presets" tab or option.




Step #2: Exploring Available Presets

  • Once you're in the Presets section, you'll find a range of pre-built Customer journey flows organized based on different stages of the customer journey, such as "attract," "enroll," or "deliver."

  • Take your time to explore the available presets and choose the one that best aligns with your industry and specific goals.

  • Each preset represents a specific customer flow designed to achieve a particular objective.


Step #3: Selecting a Preset

  • Drag and drop over the empty canvas the desired preset 

  • The flow will be displayed, giving you an overview of the steps and components included.

  • Review the preset to ensure it meets your requirements and aligns with your brand.


Step #4: Customizing the Preset

  • Once you've selected a preset, you can start customizing it to make it unique and tailored to your needs.

  • Modify the names, and add/remove components as needed, for example, add or remove a traffic source such as Instagram


Step #5: Adding Additional Components

  • While presets offer a solid foundation for your flow, you might want to include additional components or customize certain sections further.

  • To add components sucha s Traffic, Pages, Forms, Questions, Broadcast, etc.  simply drag and drop the element where you need it

  • Incorporate the new component by establishing connections


Step #6: Review and Start building

  • Once you've customized the preset and added any additional components, take a moment to review the entire flow.

  • Ensure that the flow is logical, coherent, and aligns with your intended customer journey.

  • Make any necessary adjustments or refinements before proceeding to the next step.

  • Once you're satisfied with the flow, click the "back" at the top-left corner

  • Finally, click templates and start your building process
