[3.0] Building Customer Journey Flow From Scratch

In bucket 3.0, we provide you with the flexibility to create highly customized customer flows based on your unique business needs and customer journey requirements. This knowledge base article will guide you through the process of building custom flows from scratch.


Step #1: Accessing Presets

  • Login to your bucket 3.0 account.

  • Navigate to the Canvas section from 'Apps' in the top menu bar

  • Once in Canvas click “Create new”

  • Look for the "Presets" tab or option.





Step #2: Adding Components

  • Once you're in the Flow Builder, you'll find a list of available components, such as Traffic, Pages, Forms and Questions, Broadcast and Sequences, Calls and Events, and Text and Images.

  • Select the component that you want to add to your flow.

  • Drag and drop the component onto the canvas.


Step #3: Configuring Components

  • Each component has its own name.

  • Click on the added component to change its name if needed.


Step #4: Connecting Components

  • To create a seamless customer flow, you need to connect the components in the desired order.

  • Drag a connector from one component to another to establish the flow and define the path your customers will follow.


Step #6: Review and Star building

  • Once you've customized the preset and added any additional components, take a moment to review the entire flow.

  • Ensure that the flow is logical, coherent, and aligns with your intended customer journey.

  • Make any necessary adjustments or refinements before proceeding to the next step.

  • Once you're satisfied with the flow, click the "back" at the top-left corner

  • Finally, click templates and start your building process
