Progress bars help give the audience a sense of completion when they are answering many questions, and this also helps to let them know how far they have to go until reaching the results page.
IMPORTANT:
Our system splits the percentage among the total number of questions - for example: if there are 10 questions, each question will advance 10%, but if there is a branch in question #5, which will take people to the end of the funnel if they answer “X”, then from the participant’s perspective, they will jump from 50% completion to 100% right away.
To either enable or disable the progress bar, you need to access the question builder by taking the steps below:
● Click to select any of the questions
● Click Builder from the left-hand menu
● Once inside the builder locate the left-hand menu and open the “Pop-up properties” option
● Scroll down to the progress bar menu
● Use the switch to enable or disable
You can also edit from there, such as change the progress percentage, change its color, etc.
