[3.0] Plan Management

Plan Management in bucket.io allows users to easily view and manage their current plan, access their AI freestyle credits, and explore other available plans. This knowledge base article provides a step-by-step guide on how to change your plan based on the features you need.

Access My Account:

Click on the "My Account" option located in the top-right corner of your bucket.io account interface.
From the drop-down menu, select the "My Account" option.
Once you are in the "My Account" section, look for the left-hand menu.
In the left-hand menu, locate and click on the "Plan Management" option.
After clicking on "Plan Management," you will be directed to the Plan Management page.
On this page, you will have access to various subscription plans.

At bucket.io, we want to ensure you have a seamless experience when managing your plan. It's important to be aware of the AI word limitations associated with each plan and how they can impact your ability to switch plans.

AI Word Limitations and Plan Changes:

Each plan in bucket.io has a specific allocation of AI words available.
When requesting a plan change, it's crucial to consider the number of AI words you have already utilized.

Smooth Transitions for a Better Experience:

If you decide to switch to a plan with fewer AI words than what you have already used, the system will not allow the plan change.
Instead, the system will ask you to contact customer support so we can recommend a plan that offers more suited for your case, ensuring you have an adequate allowance for your quiz funnels.

Choosing the Right Plan for Your Needs:

By understanding your AI word usage and selecting a plan that aligns with your requirements, you can avoid roadblocks when building your quiz funnels.
This proactive approach allows you to make an informed decision and ensures a seamless transition without any unexpected surprises.

Step #1: Choose a Plan

Evaluate your subscription preferences by considering our "Annual Discount" or "Monthly Plan" options.

Once you've made your decision, proceed to select your desired plan from the following options:

Starter
Grow
Pro
Enterprise

Step #2: Confirm Your Selection

Once you've chosen your desired plan, locate the "upgrade" button below the plan name.
Click the "upgrade" button to trigger a pop-up window.
Within the pop-up window, click the "confirm and continue" button to finalize your plan selection.
Look out for a confirmation message that confirms your chosen plan.

Note: Please allow up to 24-72 hours for the requested plan change to take effect.
