[3.0] Connecting Products to Payment Buttons

Overview

This article outlines the steps to connect products created in the "Quiz Cart: #3 Create Products" KB to funnels. This integration allows customers to purchase products directly through the funnel pages.

Prerequisites

Products created as per the "Quiz Cart: #3 Create Products" KB.
A funnel with a pre-quiz page containing payment buttons.

Step 1: Access Funnel Canvas:

  1. Access the funnel you want to modify.
  2. Click on the funnel's canvas to open it for editing.

Step 2: Locate Pre-Quiz Page:

  1. Within the canvas, identify the "pre-quiz page" where payment buttons are located.
  2. Click the "edit" button to access the page's editing options.


Step 3: Select Payment Button:

  1. Navigate to where you have your call to action (CTA) buttons, click on the desired payment button.
  2. The button will be highlighted with green lines to indicate selection.


Step 4: Access Button Properties:

  1. In the left-hand menu, click on the "properties" tab.
  2. Click on the "edit URL button" option. A pop-up window will appear.


Step 5: Connect Product to Button:

  1. In the left-hand side of the pop-up, select "product."
  2. On the right-hand side, click the dropdown menu labeled "add to checkout" and choose the desired product from the list.


Step 6: Save Changes:

  1. Click "done" to save the changes. The product is now connected to the payment button.
  2. Repeat these steps for additional payment buttons if necessary.

Additional Notes:

Test the integration thoroughly to verify that products are correctly added to the cart and processed during checkout.
For multiple products, consider using different button labels or descriptions to clearly indicate the product associated with each button.
