[3.0] Undo Outcome Mapping

This article provides the step-by-step instructions on how to undo the way questions are mapped to outcomes or buckets.


  1. Locate the question that you wish to edit
  2. Click the mapping icon highlighted in orange
  3. It should have a check mark indicating the bucket(s) it is linked to
  4. Click the mapping that you wish to undo
  5. By doing this, the checkmark should disappear, indicating that the mapping for a particular outcome/bucket has been removed
