[3.0] Limitations To Edit Active Funnels

[3.0] Limitations To Edit Active Funnels

*Please Note

Once the link to a Funnel has detected views, or collected information such as responses and other data provided by the audience, this is compiled into useful analytics data.

If the structure of the Funnel is edited or Canvas components are removed, for instance - deleting a question, it makes the established data invalid. For this reason, there are imposed limitations on what can and cannot be edited after a Funnel has started collecting data.

*If the changes require adding or removing Canvas components, we recommend Cloning the Funnel instead.

Allowed editing options include, but are not limited to:

  • Change style, text, and images in all Components

  • Add new integrations or edit existing ones

  • Edit Funnel Settings (e.g. Name, Thumbnail, Social Media Attributes, Trackers, and more)

Blocked editing options include but are not limited to adding or removing:

  • Canvas Components and flow connections

  • Answers in Quiz Components

  • Fields in Lead Capture component forms

  • Buckets and Mapping/Scoring type
