[2.0] Changing Video Link to HTBC Template Pages
IMPORTANT:
Please note that the following instructions to change/add a video apply to Pre-Quiz Pages, Quiz Outcome Pages, and Post-Quiz Pages. Also, bucket.io is compatible with YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, and other platforms, but for this particular article, we'll be using Youtube to demonstrate the steps required.
Step #1: Access the Builder to start editing
The location of the videos will vary depending of the template selected:
- HTBC - No Cost Application: This template have videos in the Pre-quiz page and the Outcome to Post-quiz page. Click the green Edit button on the Pre-quiz page or Outcome to Post-quiz page to open the Builder section
- HTBC - Paid Application (Part A) and HTBC - Paid Application (Part B): These templates have videos in the Sales Page (Part A template), Outcome to Post-quiz page (Part B template) and the Thank you Page (Part A Template). Click the green Edit button on the Sales page, Outcome to Post-quiz page or Thank you page to open the Builder section
Step #2: Changing the video
- Previous step should take you to the Builder. From there, click on the video component
- Then click on the Change Properties button located at the left-hand menu
- A pop-up window will be displayed with the template default video configuration
- For YouTube videos, bucket.io 2.0 will ask for the video ID. The ID for a YouTube video is the character string found at the end of the link after the equal sign (=)
- For example, for https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWdUPZ6uaxE, the ID is yWdUPZ6uaxE
- Paste the video ID in the respective field and click Save Video
Note: For customer experience purposes, after the video is saved, the builder will continue to show a gray placeholder video. However, if you click the eye icon at the top tight corner, you'll be able to review your changes.
- To select another platform, click on the Select Another Platform button and follow the instructions as prompted.
